Magic Merge pricing is based on the number of records you can merge each month. Each plan includes a specific record limit. Once you reach your limit, you won't be able to run additional merges until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle or you upgrade to a higher plan.
You may want to upgrade your plan when:
Important: When you reach your record limit, merge operations will be blocked until your limit resets or you upgrade. Plan your subscription tier based on your expected monthly merge volume.
Navigate to the subscription settings in Magic Merge
Review the available plans and compare record limits. Select the plan that accommodates your monthly merge volume with room to grow.
Click Upgrade Plan and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Provide payment information if this is your first paid subscription.
Note: Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new record limit is available right away, so you can continue merging without waiting for your next billing cycle.
Your new record limit takes effect instantly. If you were blocked from merging, you can resume immediately.
You'll only pay for the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Your new rate applies starting next cycle.
Your record counter updates to reflect your new, higher limit. Previously used records count toward the new total.

Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new record limit is available immediately, and your new rate applies starting with your next billing cycle.
Records you've already merged this billing cycle count toward your new limit. For example, if you've merged 500 records and upgrade to a 2,000 record plan, you'll have 1,500 records remaining for the current cycle.
No. All your templates, merge filters, settings, and historical data are preserved when you upgrade. Only your record limit changes.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure you maintain access to your current limit for the period you've already paid for.
Magic Merge displays your current usage and remaining records in the app. You can also enable notifications to alert you when you're approaching your monthly limit.
